Richard Serrins, President

Firm President Richard Serrins has worn multiple hats since he joined MAi Research in 1986, including Partner and Managing Director. Rich's experience has focused on research design and analysis, as well as segmentation and tracking, advertising copy testing, and new product development.

Rich oversees the strategic direction of MAi Research in addition to providing vision and focus to research initiatives. His client experience includes AT&T, Coca-Cola, Bank of America, IBM, Northwestern Mutual, Owens-Corning, and EuroRSCG.

Before joining MAi Research, Rich served as the Research Director at American Express and supported marketing and advertising efforts for American Express Travelers Cheques. Prior to American Express, Rich was a Senior Project Director at NW Ayer, and served as a research consultant for clients such as AT&T, 7UP, JC Penney and General Motors. Rich began his career at Audits and Survey in New York.

Rich is a graduate of Hofstra University with a BA in Anthropology.
